Every parent that volunteers needs to complete both the safe environment training and fingerprinting in order to work with students in any capacity.
Complete the Virtus Training online, print or save your certificate, and turn in to the office. www.virtusonline.org The Virtus training is renewed every 3 years, there is a $8 cost, payable to the school.
Information below on where to get your fingerprinting. Fingerprints only need to be completed once with a cost of $34.
Please call the office for more information.
DIOCESE OF OAKLAND FINGERPRINT VENDORS
Volunteers and employees can print at any of the following vendors and not incur a rolling fee at the time of printing. Sites will still be billed as normal: $34 for volunteers and $88 for employees. PowerSchool is our school's student information system.
Middle school students and parents have access to view student's assignments, grades, and attendance online.
Powerschool Student & Parent Portal
Students will be able to access Powerschool through their Clever Portal. They will also be given their Student ID and Password in 6th grade around the start of the year. At the same time, students will be given the Parent Access Letter that has the Access ID and Password parents will need to access their student's information.
Parents may set up a parent account in order to view multiple students in one place and receive email notifications. This works for all students at St. Felicitas Catholic School and in other elementary schools in the Diocese of Oakland. (Students at Catholic High Schools cannot be accessed within this system, they have their own separate link and system.)
Parent and student access letters are given out at the Middle School Back to School Night. Any letters not picked up are given to the student to take home.
